POSTAL DELIVERY FAQ

1. Do you offer delivery to my area?

Yes, we offer postal delivery throughout the UK. Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery times. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your postcode on the basket page, where you'll also see the delivery cost.

2. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges depend on the size, weight of your order, and your location. We offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery by 1 PM services. You can select your preferred option during checkout.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched based on the delivery date you select. For example, if you order on the 22nd and choose the 23rd as your delivery date, the order will be posted on the 23rd and should arrive on the 24th or 25th. However, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as Royal Mail handles final delivery. If you select a later date (e.g., the 28th), we will post the order on the 27th to ensure freshness. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or holidays.

4. Do you offer next-day delivery?

All orders have at least a one-day lead time. For next-day dispatch, place your order before 3 PM.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel via Royal Mail’s website.

6. What if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?

If you're not available to receive the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or details on where to collect it. You may also be able to rearrange delivery through their website.

7. Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only offer shipping within the UK.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately to update your delivery address. Once shipped, you may be able to change the address through the Royal Mail tracking email.

9. What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged or items are missing?

If your parcel is damaged or contains missing items, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Do you deliver on weekends or bank holidays?

Standard deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries may be available, when you place an order we will post it.
