At Lothian Bakery, we take food safety seriously. We want every customer to enjoy our baked goods with confidence, so we’re committed to being transparent about the ingredients we use and the allergens they may contain.

Common Allergens in Our Bakery

Our products are made in an environment where the following allergens are used daily:

Due to the nature of our bakery, we cannot guarantee any product is completely free from trace allergens. While we take all reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our bakery is small and busy — many ingredients are handled in the same space.
