New subscription system
How Our Bakery Subscriptions Work
We know subscriptions can feel confusing if you’ve never used one before — so here’s a simple guide to how our weekly bakery subscriptions work and how to set one up in under a minute.
Our subscriptions are designed for customers who regularly buy the same bakery items each week and want to save time by not having to reorder.
What is a bakery subscription?
A bakery subscription means you choose a product once, pick your delivery day, and we automatically bake and deliver it every week.
There’s no contract and no long-term commitment.
You stay in full control.
What can I subscribe to?
We currently offer weekly subscriptions for:
Ordinary rolls (choose amount and roll type)
Cakes (priced by range)
Scones (fruit or plain)
Puddings (tarts and crumbles)
Each subscription is a separate product, so you can subscribe to one or several items depending on what you usually buy.
How to set up a subscription (step by step)
Go to our Subscriptions section on the website
Choose the product you want to receive weekly
Select:
your delivery day
your preferred option (for example roll type or cake choice)
Add it to your basket and checkout as normal
That’s it — your order will now be delivered every week automatically.
How does payment work?
Subscriptions are paid weekly, up front
There is no credit account required
Payment is taken securely at checkout, just like a normal order
This helps us keep prices fair and deliveries reliable for everyone.
Is there a discount for larger orders?
Yes.
If your total weekly order comes to £15 or more, you’ll automatically receive 10% off at checkout.
There’s nothing to sign up for and no code to enter — the discount is applied automatically when your basket reaches £15.
This works across subscriptions and one-off items, so many customers choose to combine rolls, cakes or puddings into one regular order.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes — at any time.
You can:
cancel a subscription
start a new one with different products or delivery days
There are no penalties and no minimum term.
What if I’m not home?
If you have specific delivery instructions, you can add them during checkout.
Why use a subscription instead of ordering each week?
Subscriptions are ideal if you:
buy the same items every week anyway
don’t want to forget to order
like knowing your bakery delivery is sorted
want a simple, predictable routine
Many customers use subscriptions for:
rolls for the household
a weekly cake or pudding
regular treats without the hassle

You can also start with one subscription and add more later once you’re comfortable.
